The value for money at this hotel was incredible - we stayed in a King Deluxe suite with a private Onsen for just 80 AUD per night! The room itself was perfect, with all the amenities we needed and a stylish bathroom with a wooden tub. The location was a bit far, but there were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even provided a free cell phone with internet and calls during our stay.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being quite close to the city center and easily reachable by the Tobu railway. It is also close to the closest metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-decorated, with traditional Japanese decor, and the bathrooms have a beautiful wood bath. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and there is a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle in the rooms.
One negative aspect is that the hotel does not offer breakfast, requiring a walk to find food options.

i was given a big room with goodies and on demand movies, for instance. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen.

Despite the language barrier, the receptionist was very kind and made an effort to communicate with guests. The room was clean and well-arranged, with a big TV offering free VOD and the ability to connect personal devices. The bath and bed were comfortable, providing a relaxing experience after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay.
The hotel's check-in process seemed chaotic and confusing, causing inconvenience to guests and needing improvement.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Firstly, the attention to detail was outstanding. The room was well-equipped with a hairdryer, straightener, and curler as well. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the location may be a bit far from the train station, but it allowed me to explore hidden streets and experience the local neighborhood. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
Couldn’t find a single thing to complain about!

The coffee and beverage machines were a delightful perk. the staff was charming and accommodating. the rooms were tidy and well-appointed. the location was serene, far from the bustle of the city.
Getting there was a pain, and we had to walk long distances to catch any transportation. Once you get there, it's quite remote.
